Menarini S.p.A. has just successfully confirmed, during its first surveillance audit, the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification, originally obtained in January 2025.
For us, this is not a final milestone but the continuation of a structured and responsible journey. Gender equality requires consistency, clear policies, measurable processes, and constant attention to data in order to consciously identify areas for improvement.
