Whistleblowing is the reporting by an individual who, in the course of their duties, becomes aware of an offense, a risk, or a dangerous situation that could cause harm to the company, as well as to customers, colleagues, suppliers, or other individuals, including behavior contrary to the principles of ethics, fairness, gender equality, non-discrimination, and respect for human dignity.
Menarini S.p.A., sensitive to ethical issues and the proper conduct of its business and consistent with its commitment to a fair, inclusive, and respectful corporate culture, has implemented an internal reporting system that guarantees maximum protection for the whistleblower, the persons involved, and employees, ensuring the absence of retaliation, discrimination, or penalties.
The system guarantees compliance with national and European regulations, the principles and internal regulations adopted by the Company, as well as the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Code of Ethics, helping to ensure a working environment based on respect for human dignity, social and environmental sustainability, equal treatment and opportunities, as well as the prevention of any form of inequality and discrimination, in line with the principles of UNI/PdR 125:2022.
Reports can be submitted by accessing the dedicated portal.
In compliance with current legislation, the system guarantees the possibility of making reports anonymously, ensuring the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the information transmitted.
